Job summary

A.C.Coy Company is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels within a manufacturing environment. The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with onsite work in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a Full Time / Contract to Hire position.

Responsibilities include partnering with management to determine staffing needs, sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating orientation, and providing timely recruitment reports. No relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
