LHH in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Recruiter to support a busy manufacturing operation. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and plant positions and train on positions before recruiting begins.

You will source candidates through job boards, ATS databases, referrals, social media, and community partnerships, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities. This onsite role offers hands-on growth in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or high-volume hourly recruiting experience preferred and must be willing to train on each position before recruiting begins.
• Experience using an ATS and candidate sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Build relationships with schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations
• Track recruiting activity and support HR initiatives as needed
