Consulting Solutions in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an organized Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding, while maintaining candidate experience and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-volume manufacturing recruiting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for hourly production and salaried roles.
• Experience working with temporary staffing agencies and coordinating contingent workforce needs.
• Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, establish priorities, and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Manage candidate progression, offers, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Oversee onboarding of temporary staffing personnel in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ensure documentation and policies are communicated.
• Maintain recruitment records and HR information in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from candidates, staffing vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
