Responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of eligible candidates, conducting interviews via phone or in-person, and guiding candidate evaluation while serving as the main contact for inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
• Ability to manage and nurture a candidate pipeline.
