MPI partnered with an established financial services firm to recruit a polished, personable Recruiter for a temporary opportunity in New York City. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across AI, technology and data, and collaborate with hiring managers while reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

You will support a varied portfolio, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding, and uphold a professional candidate experience.

Formación

• 4-8 years of proven recruiting experience within the financial services sector.
• Experience recruiting with various technology, data, and AI platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• A polished professional presence, approachable personality, and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
• Comfort using recruitment systems, maintaining reporting, and following structured processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan three days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on recruitment priorities.
• Identify and engage qualified talent through targeted sourcing, outreach, and pipeline development.
• Support searches across corporate and specialist functions, including sales, products, marketing, etc
• Provide clear, timely updates to candidates, hiring managers, and TA leadership.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, pipeline reports, and recruitment activity updates.
• Follow established hiring processes, ensuring documentation and system updates are completed consistently.
• Deliver a professional, personable candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Offer

• Temporary Recruiter assignment.
• Hourly pay of $34 to $42 USD.
• Location: New York.
