Job summary

Holland Sharpe, a Nashville-based recruiting firm, is seeking a motivated recruiter to grow client partnerships and fill openings in manufacturing, engineering, and leadership roles.

You will source candidates, conduct phone interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process while collaborating with the sales team to meet client needs. Compensation includes base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily.
• Able to manage candidate pipelines and work with the sales team.
• Sales, recruiting, customer service or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Holland Sharpe is a growing recruiting firm specializing in manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, and leadership hiring. We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our recruiting team.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonuses
• Annual Performance Bonus
• Typical Total Compensation: $65,500 - $90,000

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit candidates through outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Build relationships with job seekers throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with both candidates and clients
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within our CRM
• Work closely with our sales team to fill client openings
