The work is centered on outbound calling, discovering talent through job boards and internal tools, and coordinating the next steps of the hiring process. You’ll also be expected to maintain relationships with candidates and focus on clear daily and weekly performance goals.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary range: USD 40,000 - 100,000 per year
• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Schedule note: No nights or weekends
