Career Group is seeking a Retail Recruiter to support our client’s fashion retail hiring efforts. This onsite role in Downtown LA focuses on full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience, and timely hiring decisions.

You will partner with store leaders to assess staffing needs, source candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews, while managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organization are essential.

• Previous recruiting experience within the fashion industry is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to sourcing and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail positions, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience, qualifications, and alignment with open positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage multiple openings while balancing hiring timelines, candidate experience, and quality.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruiting progress.
