Confidential is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruiting function for a rapidly scaling fashion and lifestyle brand. You will shape hiring strategy across corporate and retail teams, partnering with executives to attract top talent during a pivotal growth phase.

You will design and implement best-in-class recruiting infrastructure while leading a small, high-performing team and driving structure in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in talent acquisition, with leadership experience.
• Experience in high-growth environments; retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands is highly relevant.
• Proven track record building or scaling recruiting processes and teams.
• Comfortable operating in less structured environments and creating systems from the ground up.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leveraging recruiting technologies and a curiosity or exposure to automation/AI tools.
• A collaborative, adaptable leader who balances approachability with accountability.

Who You Are

• Proven track record of building or scaling recruiting processes and teams
• Comfortable operating in less structured environments and creating systems from the ground up
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience leveraging recruiting technologies and a curiosity or exposure to automation/AI tools
• A collaborative, adaptable leader who can balance being personable with driving accountability
