Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate and operational positions.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, applicant tracking systems, and hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment, immigration, and I-9 requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects, reporting, and organizational initiatives.

Duration: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00

Pay: $35-$40/hr.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition approval through offer acceptance
