The HT Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technically specialized roles. This onsite position in Bastrop, Texas requires proactive sourcing, strong relationships with hiring managers, and a track record of delivering top talent in a competitive market.

You will define requirements with managers, engage candidates through targeted outreach, assess fit, and guide offers through onboarding.

Formación

• 3–10 years of professional recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technical Operations preferred
• Strong passive sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders
• Excellent communication, organization and accountability
• Ability to manage competing priorities with limited direction

Responsabilidades

The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiting professional with experience supporting highly technical and specialized hiring needs. This position requires a proactive, hands‑on recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional talent in a competitive market. This is a fully onsite position with a flexible base salary depending on experience which includes company equity and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from intake and sourcing through offers and onboarding coordination.
• Work with hiring managers to define requirements and establish practical search strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through targeted research, direct outreach, referrals, and professional networks.
• Assess candidates thoroughly and present accurate recommendations supported by relevant experience and results.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market feedback, and factors affecting search progress.
• Manage candidate expectations and offer discussions to support successful hiring outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication across a demanding requisition workload.

Required Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in Sales, Global Consumer/Business Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Technical Operations.
• 3-10 years of professional recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success independently managing full‑cycle recruiting.
• Strong passive sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions through credible assessments and market knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, and accountability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with limited direction.
