Sotalent is seeking a Recruiter in the United States to join the growing talent acquisition team. This full-cycle role will cover roles across Sales, IT, Marketing, Admin, and Operations, with ownership from intake through offer negotiation.

A prominent international leader in the industrial manufacturing and digital solutions space that is looking to add a Recruiter to their growing talent acquisition team. This organization bridges the gap between digital platforms and custom manufacturing, providing essential components to innovative engineering teams across North America.

This is a full cycle recruiting role where you will manage the entire hiring process from the initial intake meeting through the final offer negotiation. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, compensation, and candidate evaluation.

The recruitment focus for this position is diverse and covers multiple business units. You will be responsible for filling roles in Sales, including account executives and development reps, as well as IT infrastructure and support positions. Additionally, you will handle requisitions for Marketing, Administrative support, and Operations functions such as logistics and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and set realistic hiring timelines.
• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
• Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and ensure a positive interview experience.
• Update and manage candidate data within the ATS to ensure accurate reporting on hiring metrics.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes and quality management systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Two to five years of full cycle recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines such as sales, technical, and business operations.
• Strong background in passive sourcing and direct outreach strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, with Greenhouse experience being a plus.
• High level of organization and the ability to balance a varied requisition load.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles.
• Background working within the manufacturing, supply chain, or hardware industries.
• Familiarity with structured interviewing techniques and data driven hiring.
• Exposure to high volume recruitment environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from 85,000 to 95,000 dollars based on experience level. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan, paid parental leave, and dedicated days for volunteer work.
