Job summary

NESC Staffing is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across local and national markets.

You will partner with account managers, source top talent via LinkedIn and referrals, and build strong candidate pipelines while ensuring a superior candidate experience. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities across local and national markets.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


• Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and evaluations to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.


• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.


• Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


• Develop and expand professional networks to attract passive and active candidates.


• Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with all local, state, and federal employment regulations.


• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
