Experis (Austria) is seeking entry-level Recruiters to join the Talent Acquisition team in Herndon, Virginia. This onsite role supports hard-to-fill technical and data center openings with a data-driven approach and strong communication.

You will build search strategies, screen candidates by phone, and manage high-volume outreach while contributing to pipeline health and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting or sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes for cleared/security clearance candidates.
• Understanding of Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Ability to handle high-volume daily calls with accuracy and follow-through.
• Motivated and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute robust search strategies using tools like Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to find passive and active talent.
• Provide sourcing insights and talent availability data to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Manage high-volume candidate calls (50–100 per day) while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Document sourcing plans, track deliverables, timelines, and metrics to support pipeline health for technical and data center roles.

Our client, is seeking multiple entry level Recruiters to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting hard-to-fill technical and data center openings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Recruiter (Entry level)
Location:Herndon, Virginia (100% onsite)
Pay Range:$37/hr
Contract: 12 Months to start

What's the Job?

• Build and execute robust search strategies using tools like Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to find passive and active talent.
• Provide sourcing insights, competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability data to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit before moving them forward in the process.
• Manage high volume candidate calls (50–100 per day) while maintaining a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Document sourcing plans, track deliverables, timelines, and metrics to support pipeline health for technical and data center roles.

• Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and/or sourcing in an agency or corporate environment
• MUST have Bachelors degree
• KNowledge of recruitment processes for cleared/security clearance candidates.
• Understanding of recruitment practices and experience using Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
• Ability to handle high volume daily calls and maintain accuracy and follow-through.
