• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage candidates and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Leads to ensure successful hand-off through the recruitment process.

Pay Range: $37-38/hr

What's the Job?

• Support hiring needs by conducting high volume sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles tied to data centers and engineering support.

• Conduct end-to-end recruiting activities including interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.

• Make high-volume outbound outreach calls (50+ daily) to engage candidates and maintain a strong pipeline.

• Collaborate with Recruiting Leads during recruitment process to ensure successful hand-off

What's Needed?
