About the Role
We are seeking a talented and resilient Recruiter to join our internal team and drive the search for exceptional talent across our organization. This role goes beyond simple headhunting; you will be a key partner in supporting our consulting markets, requiring a high degree of patience, proactivity, and a service-first attitude. The ideal candidate is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches every challenge with a customer service mindset. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and willing to step outside your standard scope of duties to ensure the team’s success. If you are a self-starter who takes ownership of the process and treats every interaction with care, we want to hear from you.

- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinating interviews, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and professional experience from application to onboarding.
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, or other ad-hoc projects outside of standard recruiting duties as needed to support the broader team.
- Review resumes and conduct thorough initial phone screenings to assess not just technical fit, but cultural alignment and soft skills.
- Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment activity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Understanding recruitment practices and current labor legislation.
