Job summary

inDrive is seeking a driven Recruiter to partner with leaders across Ride-Hailing and Marketing. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to presenting offers, while delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

You will build targeted search strategies, source candidates beyond inbound applications, and collaborate with HR Business Partners to continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for marketing or operations is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Description

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to partner with business leaders across our Ride-Hailing and Marketing. As a Recruiter, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for your business units, from understanding hiring needs and building search strategies to offer management. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes. You bring structure, curiosity, and a genuine care for candidate experience to every search, and you're comfortable managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable point of contact for hiring managers across Ride-Hailing and Marketing, using market knowledge and data to support hiring decisions and align recruitment activity with business needs.
• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from brief in call to offer), ensuring a timely and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies, proactively sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to support continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Drive consistency and efficiency across recruitment workflows, contributing to team projects that enhance the quality of hiring.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs.
• Use market data and competitor insights to provide relevant context to hiring managers on talent availability and candidate expectations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech environment.
• Experience recruiting for commercial, marketing, or operations roles is a plus.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
• Solid sourcing skills, comfortable going beyond inbound applications to find the right talent.
• Organised and process-driven, you manage multiple searches without dropping the ball.
• Clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal English skills.
