Job summary

Uber's People & Places team in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies and delivering an outstanding experience for managers and candidates. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, interpret metrics to predict timelines, influence decisions, and advocate inclusive hiring.

This is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leaders and diverse talent pools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional recruiting experience (Senior Recruiter level).
• Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Basic Qualifications

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $122,000 per year - USD $135,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
