Job summary

Corps Team is seeking a Recruiter for a 2-month contract in Brentwood, TN. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3 days per week and focuses on high-volume sourcing and screening for field-based positions and mobile clinics.

You will interview candidates, assess background and skills, ensure culture fit, and clearly communicate job requirements. You will use ATS, MS Office, and strong organizational skills to recruit quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with all Microsoft applications is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field-based hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment laws relating to non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Experience in recruiting for field-based roles and mobile clinics.

Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Recruiter for a 2 month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week.

Day to Day

• This position is responsible for high volume sourcing & screening of field-based positions.
• Work to source and hire qualified candidates for mobile clinics at designated field offices.
• Interview and screen applicants for applicable background and skills, culture fit, and the ability to fit into the organization and function effectively.
• Communicate job requirements to candidates.
• Research for resources to recruit the best talent for open positions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be comfortable speaking with field based hiring managers and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and creative skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws relating to non-discriminatory hiring practices and best practices in recruiting.
• Experience with all Microsoft applications is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

Pay Rate- $37.93- $39.29/ hour
