Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. seeks a full-time onsite HR leader in Florida to manage high-volume recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Candidate must have an Associates Degree, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and 5+ years of HR leadership experience; able to partner with executives and operations on staffing and policy development. Experience building HR programs from the ground up is preferred.

Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Contract to Hire
Compensation: $25-30/hr

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and retain a legal, compliant workforce across multiple labor markets.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and workforce planning for high-volume hiring needs.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and immigration-related requirements.

• Establish employee relations programs and serve as a trusted advisor on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workforce concerns.

• Support workforce expansion initiatives, including creative sourcing strategies and alternative labor programs.

• Collaborate with leadership on organizational structure, staffing plans, and long-term workforce strategy.

• Partner with insurance, legal, and operational teams to support compliance, risk management, and workers’ compensation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred

• Associates Degree required

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience; leadership experience supporting large or high-volume workforces and recruitingstrongly preferred.

• Experience building HR programs, policies, procedures, and operational infrastructure from the ground up.

• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

• Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, staffing, or other labor-intensive environments preferred.

• Proven recruiting experience in high-turnover or high-volume hiring environments.

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced, evolving organization.

• Experience with workforce planning, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to influence and partner effectively with executive leadership.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
