Job summary

EmployBridge is hiring a recruiter on-site to help grow the talent pipeline and support order fulfillment for clients in the Duluth area. This role emphasizes recruiting, screening, and placing qualified candidates while collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience and can manage a high-volume workload. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and the position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a base

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years is a plus.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Meet with teams to brainstorm ways to attract great candidates.
• Use marketing skills to post jobs and engage with communities.
• Screen and interview candidates to fill opportunities.
• Build a candidate pipeline and support order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for hires.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer orders.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements:
