Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Lakeland, FL to attract qualified candidates and support rapid order fulfillment. You will develop sourcing strategies, interview applicants, and collaborate with internal teams to fill opportunities.

You should be bilingual in Spanish and English, able to manage multiple customer requests daily, and navigate a fast-paced staffing environment with a focus on quality and speed.

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work

• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
