Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a track record of success in filling multiple and diverse roles simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and various recruitment platforms.
  • A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
