Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation and negotiations.
• Provide timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted point of contact.
• Maintain a high-touch, positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to meet hiring goals.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open positions.
• Support onboarding activities and pre-employment processes as needed.
