Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of recruiting, employee relations, or HR experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruiting tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in recruiting channels.
  • Strong networking and diverse recruitment methods.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Organize team‑building events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive inclusive workplace.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well‑being.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires quickly integrate into company culture.
  • Work closely with department heads to create role‑specific onboarding plans.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage onboarding
