Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage the full life cycle of the recruitment and hiring process, plan events, and coordinate onboarding in College Grove, Tennessee. You will conduct phone and web interviews, promote employment opportunities, and collaborate with the HR manager on the yearly recruiting budget.

This role requires strong knowledge of HR laws, excellent communication, and a proven ability to deliver a positive candidate experience.
