Job summary

Hub Technology Group in Cambridge, MA is seeking a talent acquisition professional responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely offer delivery.

You will screen applicants, build pipelines of finalists, conduct reference checks, and coordinate with hiring managers to align on qualifications and compensation, while maintaining proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
• Screen applicants for basic qualifications during phone and video interviews.
• Review resumes, interview candidates, and develop pipelines of finalists for consideration.
• Conduct appropriate reference and background checking.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruitment process.
• Accurately communicate important employment information during delivery and negotiation of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation).
• Manage candidate activity throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation etc.
