Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist in the Cambridge area. You will independently manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a designated unit, collaborating with managers and HR on job titles, descriptions, requirements, and salary ranges.

Responsibilities include screening applicants, interviewing candidates, conducting reference/background checks, and managing candidate flow in the ATS.

Independently perform activities associated with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees for a designated unit. Consult as needed with managers and HR generalists on job titles, descriptions and requirements, grades and starting salary ranges.
Screen applicants for basic qualifications using compliant data management techniques.
Review resumes, interview candidates, and develop diverse slates of candidates and finalists for manager consideration.
Conduct appropriate reference and background checking.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruitment process.
Accurately communicate important employment information during delivery and negotiation of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation).
Manage candidate activity, including dispositioning of the applicant pool in the applicant tracking system.
Prepare and enter any needed data or complete paperwork relating to hiring or onboarding.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned staff positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent.
• Support all stages of the hiring process, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
