Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for direct hire placements across multiple industries, including skilled trades, engineering, and executive-level roles. This position requires a high level of recruiting expertise, relationship management, and consultative partnership with clients and hiring managers. You will play a key role in helping professionals secure long-term career opportunities while delivering top talent solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely placements.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding with candidates and clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Skill market top talent to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed weekly KPIs, placement targets, and revenue goals.
