Job summary

Addison Group in Warren, MI is seeking a Recruiting Specialist / Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions. This role partners with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced healthcare services environment.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of recruiting experience, high-volume hiring, and ATS proficiency (iCIMS a plus). Onsite Monday–Friday; strong organization and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience recruiting hourly employees is required.
  • Agency or corporate recruiting experience welcomed.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for high-volume hourly positions.
  • Coordinate background checks, offer letters, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and maintain hiring pipelines.
  • Attend career fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Maintain recruiting data, reporting, and ATS documentation.
  • Support new hire orientation and onboarding initiatives.
  • Assist with additional recruiting projects as needed.

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000

A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking a Recruiting Specialist / Recruiter to join its high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience with full-cycle or near full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience recruiting hourly employees is required.
  • Agency or corporate recruiting experience welcomed.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or currently in progress.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday.
