Addison Group in Warren, MI is seeking a Recruiting Specialist / Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions. This role partners with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced healthcare services environment.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of recruiting experience, high-volume hiring, and ATS proficiency (iCIMS a plus). Onsite Monday–Friday; strong organization and confidentiality are essential.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and annual tuition reimbursement.
