Job summary

Jobtailor in Minnesota is seeking a recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of hourly manufacturing positions. You will partner with Production Supervisors, Shift Managers, and Operations Leaders to establish weekly pipeline and onboarding targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to high-volume hourly hiring within manufacturing, automotive, warehousing, or intensive industrial environments.
• A proactive, get-it-done attitude to handle shifting targets and schedule disruptions calmly.
• Ability to build rapport with everyone from factory floor technicians to plant executives.
• A commitment to clean ATS data to accurately track hiring metrics (Time-to-Hire, passthrough rates).
