Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality's Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking a Pool Supervisor to lead the recreation team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at the pool and surrounding areas. You will guide staff to create memorable moments for guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating with housekeeping for towels and supplies, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across all pool spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor experience is preferred.
• Experience in a guest service role.
• Engaging and energetic personality.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recreation team to engage with guests and ensure a memorable pool experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest safety around all pool areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels and supplies are available.
• Check in guests and verify resort guest status to guide recreation options.
• Set up and break down recreational spaces for daily operations.
• Respond to guest requests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
