Benchmark Hospitality's Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain pristine public spaces and assist room attendants. You will engage with guests, respond to needs, and help keep floors clean and welcoming for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Neat, pleasant personality with good communication.
• Strong time management to handle floor assignments.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Good communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 25 lbs.
• Mobility to reach corners and access all areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as part of the team to maintain resort cleanliness.
• Walk assigned floors at shift start and end to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas including bathrooms, lounges and hallways.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning.
• Clean all public areas per standard operating procedures.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas to proper locations.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and colleagues.
