Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort in Florida, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Cocoplum Pool Bar Manager to lead poolside dining and beverage service within a luxury resort setting.

You will oversee front-of-house operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff, and collaborate with culinary, recreation, and pool teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience.
• Resort, pool, beach club, luxury hotel, or high-volume outdoor dining experience preferred.
• Experience managing beverage-focused operations strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership experience supervising hourly service teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of poolside dining and beverage experiences.
• Maintain active presence throughout the outlet and ensure service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns.
• Drive beverage sales through menu knowledge and training.
• Monitor beverage costs and inventory controls.
• Develop staffing schedules based on occupancy and demand.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS compliance.
