Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a Pool & Beach Supervisor to lead guest service at the pool and beach areas. You will train, coach, and evaluate staff while ensuring safety and exceptional service.

This role requires 2+ years in Food & Beverage operations or similar in a luxury resort, supervisory experience, fluent English, and current US work authorization; CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard certifications are preferred or to be obtained.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Food & Beverage ops or similar in a luxury resort
• Proven supervisory experience in restaurant/hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Pool & Beach operations and staff duties
• Ensure pool/beach areas are organized, stocked, and safe
• Manage labor, scheduling, and daily operational reports
• Supervise seating, cabana arrangements, and guest flow
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service delivery
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests professionally
• Enforce safety protocols and coordinate with Security/Engineering
