Responsibilities

• Sets the weekly schedules for Recreation.
• Trains all incoming staff on Trump standards.
• Makes sure all opening & closing procedures are followed.
• Continually monitors all staff during the day to ensure guest care.
• Anticipates guests' needs and assists with required duties.
• Helps management with inventory control of pool & beach supplies.
• Runs entertainment activities, sports programs, and events.
• Trains Recreation Team on how to run activities and events.
• Creates new activities, programs, and events to improve service.
