Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida is seeking a Beach Front Attendant to engage guests daily, assist with beach amenities, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

You will greet guests, set up and maintain chairs, umbrellas, towels, monitor safety, and support resort operations while upholding professional appearance and strong communication with team members.

This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe beach experience by anticipating guest needs and monitoring conditions.
• Set up, maintain, and break down beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, towels).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area and work spaces.
• Communicate knowledge of beach and resort amenities to assist guests accurately.
• Report hazards or incidents to leadership and support safety procedures.
