Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is enjoyable and safe.
• Maintain a visible poolside presence and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels and supplies are available.
• Greet arriving guests, identify hotel guests, and guide them to seating or setup areas.
• Set up and break down pool areas and manage waste and linens per SOPs.
