Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises day-to-day operations of an assigned recreation facility or program; plans, organizes, and evaluates daily operations including scheduling.
• Responds to requests, complaints, or concerns from the public.
• Trains, assigns, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines assigned personnel.
• Markets facilities and programs through events, materials, and presentations.
• Prepares facility or program registration procedures; conducts registration; schedules teams, classes, and events.
• Collects fees and revenue for the recreation program and rental procedures.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with rules and regulations.
• Coordinates volunteers.
• Responds to requests, complaints and concerns from the general public.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
