Job summary

City of Buckeye is seeking three Recreation Programmer positions within the Community Services Department. These roles support programming for sports, aquatics, and outdoor recreation, assist with facility operations at Sundance Recreation Center, and coordinate special interest classes.

Under close supervision, employees will help plan, implement, and coordinate a wide range of recreation activities and events across centers, parks, and schools to serve Buckeye residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in planning and coordinating recreation activities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing and coordinating a wide variety of recreation activities, programs and events across recreation centers, parks, schools or other locations.
