Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in training summer staff and volunteers.
• Assist in securing volunteer instructors and approve volunteer workers.
• Attend community meetings to engage players and teachers.
• Prepare and file documents including purchase orders, billing statements, and grant proposals.
• Prepare and update marketing material.
• Assist in managing recreation center operations to meet strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and improve programs to meet customer needs.
• Promote programs and recruit participants.
