Job summary

Complete Care in Franklin, NJ is seeking a Recreation Aide to bring energy and compassion to our residents. You will implement scheduled programs, support residents, and help create a warm, engaging community aligned with our mission.

This role offers evenings 2 days per week and weekend day shifts, with benefits for full-time staff including health, dental, vision and PTO. Prior long-term care experience is welcome but not required; we value empathy, teamwork and creativity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Computer knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
