You will plan recreational and therapeutic activities, encourage participation, and collaborate with the Activities Director to create a welcoming, safe environment for older adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred (not required – training provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
