Job summary

Bass & Associates, P.C. seeks an Application Support Specialist to maintain and enhance the Recovery Management System and related IT infrastructure.

You will support the Business Application Developer, manage data workflows, and deliver reliable system services for client engagements. Responsibilities include documentation, training end-users, licensing and asset management, and ensuring security and backup practices align with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 1-2 years of information systems support/administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Application Developer in the analysis, design, build, and implementation of the Recovery Management Suite, interfaces and workflows.
• Maintain RMS and related systems, file delivery/handling and automate processes to improve productivity.
• Create and maintain RMS documentation and training materials for end users.
• Manage licensing, domain contracts, and asset inventory for IT environments.
• Ensure service levels and security through monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide on-site IT support during non-business hours and participate in special projects.
