Job summary

You will be the first point of contact for end users, handle questions, onboarding, release notes, and documentation, and collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Applications to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications or help desk operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure DevOps a plus.
• Ability to translate system changes into user-friendly guidance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day support contact for enterprise application users.
• Provide escalation, triage, user guidance, and follow-up on requests.
• Become a trusted knowledge source for Dynamics and workflows.
• Test new Dynamics features and bug fixes before release.
• Prepare release notes, job aids, and onboarding materials.
• Onboard new users and teams to Dynamics and explain workflows.
• Track issues and adoption blockers for prioritization.
