Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions and document client movement.
• Coordinate activities based on the program's schedule and supervise daily census.
• Maintain facility safety through regular room checks, safety drills and incident reports.
• Monitor medication administration and supervise clients during medications.
