Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions.
• Maintain accurate daily census and monitor client locations.
• Coordinate in-house activities based on the program schedule.
• Monitor client safety, conduct room searches, and document incidents.
• Supervise medication administration when applicable.
• Complete written reports and incident documentation as required.
