Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. seeks a dedicated staff member to support clients and ensure safe, orderly operations in a 24/7 residential program. You will screen admissions, monitor client movement, and coordinate activities while maintaining accurate records and communicating with the team.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Training and excellent benefits are provided as part of a supportive, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Substitutions: No substitutions for education and training.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process admissions; document hourly movements and census.
• Monitor client movement, maintain sign-out book, and supervise activities.
• Coordinate in-house activities per program schedule and meals.
• Maintain daily census; report infractions and incidents to staff.
• Conduct client orientation, seminars, and morning meetings.
