Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years; driving record clean preferred.
No DUI or fatal accidents in past 5 years.
Flexible availability; 24/7 program operations may require shifts.
Basic computer skills; proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

Screen and process admissions; document hourly runs and client movement.
Monitor client movement; maintain sign-out book.
Coordinate in-house activities per program schedule (chores, breaks, exercise, visits).
Maintain daily census; report infractions and incidents to staff.
Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings.
May transport or assist clients to medical appointments.
Conduct and document room searches; perform random client searches.
Deny access to unauthorized persons; supervise medication administration.
