Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking dedicated team members to support residents in a 24/7 program focused on recovery and safety.

Responsibilities include admissions screening, daily census management, coordinating activities, and ensuring client safety and proper documentation. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a diverse, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing is preferred.
• Ability to work across diverse populations and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions; take head counts during hourly runs.
• Document hourly runs and client movement in logs.
• Coordinate in-house activities per the program schedule.
• Maintain accurate daily census and report incidents.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings.
• May transport clients to medical appointments.
• Conduct and document searches; deny unauthorized access.
• Supervise medication administration where appropriate.
• Perform regular room checks and report absences.
• Monitor safety procedures and facility security.
